What is Fundamental Analysis?

Spread the love

Fundamental Analysis is the analysis of a businesses’ financial statements. It is broken down into two main parts, Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis.

The Modus Operandi (MO) of a company, such as what advantage it has over competitors. It is typically subjective judgement and non-mathematical.

It is the use of mathematical and statistical modelling, measurement and research to understand a company. This usually concerns the Financial Statements (more of the mathematical side).

Under the resources tab, I would be covering more on fundamental analysis and the  financial statements.

The fundamental analysis are based on the book Warren Buffet and the interpretation of Financial Statements as well as Youtube videos by Daniel Pronk. I have listed them below for  reference : )
